Introduction

Leadership is a characteristic of a person that leads other person to achieve a specific goal or object. Leadership consist of some basic factors (Giuliani and Kurson, 2002). He leads his team to achieve desired goals.  There are different types of leadership style. The leadership styles varies on the basis of personal attitude and characteristics. A true leader have the ability to create a clear image of future of the organization and can communicate it with the employees of the organization.

The report is based on personal leadership experience linking with different leadership theories. It will critically analyze performance of a leader and effective measure to increase the performance of the leader (Giuliani and Kurson, 2002).
