1      Introduction

Corporate social responsibilities are activities of a corporation towards the social welfare. Corporations may or may not do social welfares as marketing strategy, but their contributions to the society definitely contributes to customer loyalty towards their brands. CSR are becoming a trend nowadays, due to market competition, media attention, new brands etc. It is said that business are not just business nowadays, they are social activities. Even if a company is trading on cigarettes, it is very common that they will be awaring their own customers not to buy it. More inspirational the social activities are, stronger the brand image gets and that’s the return a company gets from investing in welfare activities (Farmer and Hogue, 1985). This study will explain how CSR activities increase the brand image from the perspective of Combined Service Provider, a specialized event management company.

Combined Service Provider started its journey in 1994. Since then it has successfully created a brand image in the events and venue management services. The COMBINED SERVICE PROVIDER provides a wide range of services including traffic management, waste management, security and stewarding, ticket sales, consultancy services and more. It handles some of the prestigious public figures in its clients’ portfolio and provides service to some of the famous sports events and entertainment venues. The company tries to ensure a quality service to its customers and never compromises in this issue.

Combined Service Provider having a strong brand image in the UK and its involvement with the community for both business and welfare purpose pretty much makes it worth for the study.
