The research is conduct with customer relationship management that is one of the major factors in business world. The goal of the business activities is to make profit as well as to do betterment to who the product or services are designed to serve. The term customer relationship management is major factor in this regard that it will be helpful for the business company to make a strong position with the customer relationship management. If the company can provide services according to customer demand then the ultimate goal profitability will also be achieved. How MacDonald is dealing with such activities and competes with the other companies is the main issue here.
